Reiki Practitioner Training Levels I, II and III Reiki is a simple and powerful healing method that anyone can learn to use. Deeply relaxing and balancing, Reiki activates the body's natural ability to heal itself. During a session, the body's energy centers are opened, blockages are cleared and gentle, life-force energy flows to wherever healing is needed. Reiki promotes wellness on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It is safe to use with animals and children, and in combination with other therapies such as massage or acupuncture. Level One - Learn the history and basic form of Reiki; learn how to work with energy, understand the chakra system and the hand placements for giving a healing session to yourself and others. Level Two - Refine your technique, amplify the amount of energy you can work with, learn variations for how to work with clients. And, learn specialized methods to do healing from a distance. Level Three - Become a Reiki Master Teacher; learn how to set up your classes, how to share the information and transmit Reiki attunements to students.

Deb Swingholm is a certified Master Teacher of Feng Shui and Space Clearing. She is also a Reiki instructor, spiritual coach and gifted intuitive. Deb has trained with many exceptional teachers, including Denise Linn and Sandra Ingerman. For many years, Deb journey has taken her to Europe, Asia and the Middle East, where she's traveled to ancient sacred sites, learning healing methods from many cultures.
