"Beauty, Space and Balance"
An Exploration of Advanced Space Clearing Techniques

In June, over the Summer Solstice, I had the pleasure of
working with two fellow Interior Alignment Master Teachers -
Minnie Kansman and Neshi Lokotz  - to teach our
newly developed course on Advanced Space Clearing.

We spent five very joyful days with an exceptional group
of advanced level students, practicing a wide range of
Space Clearing methods and tools.  We led guided
meditations to deepen the connection to our spirit guides
and space clearing tools.  We explored the nuances of
sensing subtle energy and did work to expand our intuitive
skills. And, there was plenty of good food, sharing, relaxation
and lots of laughter.  It was a magical time and we are
already looking forward to next year's course!

Our location could not have been more beautiful... we chose
The Inn at the Rustic Gate - a renovated 1800's home situated
on a secluded lake with 146 acres of wetland, forest and woodland
meadows.  We shared this peaceful landscape with green herons,
deer, geese and loons (and Einstein, the resident cat).

The Inn is run by women who's mission is to offer a transformational
space of welcome and comfort...  and these ladies really know how
to create sacred space!  We were also treated to amazing meals by
their in-house chef.   All in all, it was heaven!

We had our own separate building to teach in
and access to an outdoor pavilion overlooking the lake

On the Solstice, we made drums.  This process begins with a
blessing and setting an intention.  Then comes selecting the frame
and the hide.  The rest is a creative act of lacing, tightening and tying.

Space Clearing with a drum is Big Medicine, with power that
comes from the blending of the essence of the animal hide,
the wood of the frame, the maker of the drum and the energy
and intention of the person using the drum.  A drum can be even
more powerful if it is made by the person who will be using it, as
the maker embeds their thoughts, prayers and energy into the drum knowing that it will be used in a sacred manner.

  We celebrated the Summer Solstice
with songs, drumming and a fire ceremony.

There was plenty of intensive classroom instruction and hands-on
practice. Our students were able to experience a rich array of
Space Clearing tools, and we demonstrated many variations
for doing a Space Clearing ceremony using the Four Elements,
Sacred Sound, resins and incense, sacred herbs, flower essences,
charged water, essential oils, knives and more...

With practical application as a focus of the course, our group
performed Space Clearing ceremonies for three clients...  and even
did some ghost-clearing.  We also "talked" with a family of beavers
who were building in a problematic spot!  The beavers have since
moved their home to a more desirable place in the marsh.

In a special final ceremony, Neshi  blessed us by
dancing in her healing dress as we were initiated into
the circle of Sacred Drummers.

We hope you join us for the next course!
